Christmas Extended Return Policy

Items purchased at MAISON ESSENTIELE boutiques or online between Thursday 30 November and 25 December 2023 may be returned up to Sunday 7 January 2024. Please note, our standard store and online return policies apply across this extended period.

Return Policy

MAISON ESSENTIELE offers a full refund, exchange or 110% credit note value on returned full price purchases subject to the following conditions:

 
• The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order
• Garments are in unused, sellable condition; tags must be attached, in original condition and in the original packaging.  

Request A Return

To request a return, please email hello@maisonessentiele.com and include the following:

• Order Number
• Return Reason
• Return type (refund, exchange, credit note)
• If you’re exchanging, please let us know the product name, colour and size you would like to exchange for.

We will notify you by email once your return is received and inspected as well as the approval or rejection outcome of your return. If approved, we will work with you to provide a refund, exchange for another size / style or provide you with a credit to MAISON ESSENTIELE.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item is deemed faulty.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise customers to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Items

MAISON ESSENTIELE aims to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please contact our customer care team at hello@maisonessentiele.com with images of the damage. 

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.

Items purchased using a credit note are eligible for return for exchange, or a credit note to the same value only. 
 
Black Friday Sale

These terms and conditions apply for purchases made between 7.00am 22/11/23 (AEDT) through to 11:59pm 29/11/23 (AEDT) (Black Friday Cyber Monday). Prices are as displayed. Additional discounts/offers are not be applicable during this sale period. Sale pricing can not be applied retrospectively to any past orders. Purchases made with a discount under 50% off the RRP are eligible to return for credit note or exchange only. Purchases made with a discount of 50% or more off the RRP are not eligible for return unless faulty.
