MAISON ESSENTIELE offers a full refund, exchange or 110% credit note value on returned full price purchases subject to the following conditions:
• The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order
• Garments are in unused, sellable condition; tags must be attached, in original condition and in the original packaging.
Items purchased using a credit note are eligible for return for exchange, or a credit note to the same value only.
Sale
Products purchased during a sale, or using promotional code 20% or more are eligible for return for exchange or credit note (no refunds). All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 'Final Sale’ refers to product with a discount of 60% or more. Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the product is deemed faulty or damaged.

We will notify you by email once your return is received and inspected as well as the approval or rejection outcome of your return. If approved, we will work with you to provide a refund, exchange for another size / style or provide you with a credit to MAISON ESSENTIELE.
