We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day, however during new season launches or promotional periods, dispatch may be delayed slightly.

Any orders placed over the weekend or on a Public Holiday will be processed on the next business day.

We are currently accepting pre-orders on certain styles, with estimated delivery dates as per the relevant product page.

A dispatch confirmation email with a unique tracking number is sent for all orders. All deliveries are made by registered courier and will require a signature. If the recipient provides the Authority To Leave, then the buyer accepts all responsibility for missing packages.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for issues or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. Re-shipment may incur additional charges.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Standard Shipping

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING Australia-wide on all orders over $350. Shipping on orders under $350 is charged at a flat rate of $10.

Estimated delivery times are within 4-7 days.

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available to all Australian orders and is charged at a flat rate of $15. Estimated delivery times are within 2-3 days.

3 Hour Delivery

3 Hour Delivery is available for addresses with a 10km radius of the Paddington boutique, on orders placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm AEDT time will be scheduled for delivery the next business day. 

If your order is eligible for 3 Hour Delivery, an option will appear at checkout, with a calculated delivery cost based on your location. 

All 3 Hour Delivery orders are delivered via Rendr. You will receive tracking details, via text, to follow the journey of your package. 

3 Hour Delivery is available Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Pre orders are not available for same day delivery.  

All orders are dispatched from our Paddington Boutique, as such not all items are available for same day delivery. 

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes, Parcel Lockers or the Post Office.

Click & Collect

We offer complimentary Click & Collect for local customers. Pending time of order and stock availability,you can choose to Click and Collect your order on the same day or the following day. Order cut off times are as follows: 

Same Day:  Order before 12pm and pick up by 1pm same day.

Next Day: Order after 12pm and pick up anytime within boutique trading hours.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Customers are required to bring their order confirmation and a form of identification when collecting.

In the case where we are unable to fulfill item/s on your order, our team will contact you to arrange pick up of available items and shipment of remaining pieces, free of charge.

If you are no longer able to collect your item from in store, you will be charged a shipping fee, aligned with the MAISON ESSENTIELE shipping terms and conditions.

Orders must be collected within 5 business days; failure to do so will result in customers incurring a standard shipping fee, and our team will arrange shipment to your billing/delivery address.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Standard International Shipping

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING via Australia Post on all international orders over $350AUD. Standard International Shipping on orders under $350AUD is charged at a flat rate of $25AUD.

Estimated delivery times are within 7-19 days.

Premium International Shipping

MAISON ESSENTIELE offers FREE PREMIUM SHIPPING via DHL on all international orders over $350AUD. Premium International shipping on orders under $350AUD is charged at a flat rate of $45AUD.

Estimated delivery times are within 7-10 days.

Duties & Taxes

Please note that international shipments can incur customs or import duties, taxes or delays once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local post office. Please note, your order will be nonrefundable on failure to pay your duties & taxes fee.

RETURNS

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review and understand our Returns Policy. MAISON ESSENTIELE is not liable for any issues resulting from a customer's failure to do so before completing their order.

All return shipping fees along with international duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless deemed faulty. If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.

MAISON ESSENTIELE cannot accept returns or price match from third party stores or online stores that stock MAISON ESSENTIELE. In these instances, please contact the provider you purchased from.

Online Return Policy

Online Returns Policy (including Click and Collect)

MAISON ESSENTIELE offers returns and exchanges on full-priced products (sale products excluded unless faulty) purchased online subject to the following conditions:

  • The garment is lodged for a return with your desired shipping provider within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Georgia Jay Bags must also be lodged for a return with your desired shipping provider within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Garments are in unused, sellable condition; tags must be attached, in original condition and in the original packaging. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed cannot be accepted.
  • Full price items: can be returned for a full refund, credit note or size exchange
  • Sale Items: Garments that are purchased with a discount of 11% - 39% are eligible for exchange or store credit only, subject to stock availability. 
  • Final Sale Items: MAISON ESSENTIELE does not accept returns of any kind (refund, exchange or credit note) on any Final Sale items, with a discount of 40% off or more, unless deemed faulty. 
  • For hygiene reasons, Lingerie, Jewellery & Scrunchies are not eligible for a return.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from issue date, and will be emailed to you with a unique code to use at MAISONESSENTIELE.COM or at our MAISON ESSENTIELE boutique. If you have purchased an item using a credit note, you will be issued a new credit note as a return.

Online purchases must be returned through the MAISON ESSENTIELE Returns Portal. Online orders cannot be returned in store.

Boutique Return Policy

MAISON ESSENTIELE offers 110% credit notes or exchanges (no refunds) on full priced products (sale products excluded unless faulty), purchased in store, subject to the following conditions:

  • The garment is returned to store within 5 days of purchase and presented with proof of purchase.
  • Georgia Jay Bags is returned to store within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Garments are in unused, sellable condition; tags must be attached, in original condition and in the original packaging. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed cannot be accepted.
  • In store purchases can be returned in store. They will also need to be lodged through our Returns Portal.
  • For hygiene reasons, Lingerie, Jewellery & Scrunchies are not eligible for a return.

Request A Return

For all returns, please use our Returns Portal. 

You will be required to send your return back through a shipping method of your choice.

We recommend using a traceable service with signature required upon delivery as MAISON ESSENTIELE cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels. 

If you wish to submit a return for an exchange of an alternate style, please contact the team on hello@maisonessentiele.com. At current our Returns Portal will only allow for us to exchange for sizes. 

You will receive an email once your return is received and inspected as well as the approval or rejection outcome of your return. If approved, you will receive your desired refund, exchange for another size / style or provide you with a credit to MAISON ESSENTIELE.

Credit notes are valid for six months from the issuing date. Upon issuing your credit note, you will receive an email including a code to redeem online or at our Paddington store. Please note, credit notes are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Items returned for refund will be refunded the total amount, minus any original shipping costs (excluding faulty items or orders where incorrect product has been received).

Damaged or Faulty Items

MAISON ESSENTIELE aims to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect please contact our customer care team at hello@maisonessentiele.com with images of the damage. 

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.

Items purchased using a credit note are eligible for return for exchange, or a credit note to the same value only.
