Why Copenhagen?

I have always been so drawn to Copenhagen, It just felt like the right city for me.  I’m so inspired by the fashion, Scandinavian design, and the relaxed lifestyle of the Danish. I knew I needed to live here!

Where to stay?
  • Villa Copenhagen: For the perfect location near the city center, as well as stunning Scandi interiors.
  • Airbnb in Nørrebro: One of my favourite suburbs to stay in is Nørrebro, it's close to the city and has a charming & vibrant feel - lots of vintage shopping and fabulous wine bars!
Where to Dine & Drink
  • Riviera: I love love love Riviera for a coffee & catch up with a friend!
  • Andersen & Maillard: As a remote working girl, I love a cafe with a good atmosphere & a good internet connection - Andersen & Maillard is the go-to! Bonus points for having the best bun + cheese in the city.
  • Lele: The furniture and interiors here are all vintage/antique, giving the cafe a very cozy cph feel.
  • Pompette + Poulette: For an orange wine, paired with Dua Lipa’s favourite chicken sandwich.
Where to Shop

If you’re looking for vintage shopping, there are two streets in Copenhagen that are just about guaranteed for success! These are Elmegade & Jægersborggade, some of my fave boutiques include:

  • Chamoi Vintage: A simple but curated vintage seller. In addition to vintage, they stock a few local designers!
  • Keiko Vintage: The funkier of the vintage shops along Elmegade, the shoe selection is too good.
  • Tú a Tú: I picked up a vintage Ganni polka-dot skirt here - no notes.
  • HAY House:  Scandi interiors/homeware heaven! You cannot leave Copenhagen without a visit to Hay House.
  • Kernemilk: One of my favorite local Danish fashion designers, their boutique in Nørrebro is beautiful.
Things to do:
  • Cycling: When in Copenhagen, you MUST have a go at cycling. It’s the quickest (& most enjoyable) way to get around. The perks of being in a flat city!
  • Papirøn: My absolute favourite swimming spot in the summertime - the perfect spot to spend a day in the sunshine with an aperol in hand.
  • Louisiana Gallery: If you’re up for a day trip, hop on the train to the Louisiana Art Gallery situated on the Danish coast.
  • Glyptoteket: My personal favourite museum in the city - home to a stunning collection of both ancient and modern art + sculptures.
