END OF MONTH NOTES: July & August

We started July in Melbourne with our latest pop up in Collingwood: starting with drinks with friends of the brand, followed by a four day residency where customers could shop the collection IRL.

We served coffee & fresh croissants, branded MAISON ESSENTIELE chocolates and matches, and had so much fun meeting customers who have been with us for years, seeing familiar faces return and introducing the brand to people for the first time. It is easily one of our favourite parts of our community.

Back in Sydney, much of our time has been spent designing and developing new seasons, refining existing ideas while introducing a lot of newness.

ME HQ has been filled with sketches, vintage references, fabric swatches and samples as we piece together the collections for the beginning of 2027. We have new shapes and colours for the summer, and so much new statement outerwear, beautiful coats and more for colder climates, too.

Bags have also become a major focus: we launched our Large Leather Tote which has quickly become a best seller: a large carry all made in a soft washed leather for a vintage look and feel.

It is a category we have wanted to build out properly for a long time, as always focusing on beautiful materials, vintage references, simple shapes and pieces that get better with wear.

Over the past few months we have been refining our Resort '27 collection, launching in October. We can’t wait to share with you soon.

We will be hosting something at our Darlinghurst Showroom & Concept Store mid October to celebrate, so keep an eye out for your invitation.
