Domestic Orders

(3-5 days approx.)

  • All domestic orders are shipped using Sendle or Australian Regular Post.
  • Please allow two business days for dispatch.


International Orders

(7-19 days approx.)

  • All International orders are shipped using Sendle or Australia Post Standard International Post.
  • Please allow two business days for dispatch.

Free for orders over $300

Additional Notes (please read before placing your order):

Any orders placed over the weekend or on a Public Holiday will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.

Please note that international shipments can incur customs or import duties, taxes or delays once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local post office.

Return Policy 

Maison Essentiele offers exchanges or credit notes on returned orders purchased online (excluding sale items) subject to the following conditions:

  • The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Garments are in sellable condition; tags must be attached, in original condition and in the original packaging.

To request a return, please email and include the following:

  • Order Number
  • Return Reason
  • If you’re exchanging please let us know the product name, colour and size you would like to exchange for.

We will notify you by email once your return is received and inspected as well as the approval or rejection outcome of your refund. If approved, we will work with you to exchange for another size / style or provide you with a credit to Maison Essential.

Customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise customers to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
