Christmas Delivery

If you require your order before the 25th of December, we recommend placing your order no later than:

Sending within Australia (Australia Post) : 16th of December

Sending Internationally (All Couriers): 10th of December

Alternatively, you can use our Click and Collect as well as Same Delivery services in the weeks leading up to Christmas (Sydney only).

Christmas Processing Times
Over the Christmas period (20/12/24 - 06/01/25), please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, returns, and responses to customer service enquiries.

Additional Notes (please read before placing your order):

Any orders placed over the weekend or on a Public Holiday will be processed within 48 hours of the next business day.

Please note that international shipments can incur customs or import duties, taxes or delays once they reach their destination. As the recipient, you are liable for these charges in order to release the shipment. We are unable to estimate what these will be, so it is best that you contact your local post office. Please note, your order will be nonrefundable on failure to pay your duties & taxes fee.

During busy periods and promotional events, there may be possible delays in the dispatch of your order.

Click and Collect

MAISON ESSENTIELE offers Click and Collect services from its Paddington Store.

Pending time of order and stock availability, you can choose to Click and Collect your order on the same day or the following day. Order cut off times are as follows: 

Same Day

Order before 12pm and pick up by 1pm same day. 

Next Day

Order after 12pm and pick up anytime within the boutiques trading hours.

Process & Fulfilment

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

Customers are required to bring their order confirmation and a form of identification when collecting.

In the case where we are unable to fulfill item/s on your order, our team with contact you to arrange pick up of available items and shipment of remaining pieces, free of charge.

Time Held

If you are no longer able to collect your item from in store, you will be charged a shipping fee, aligned with the MAISON ESSENTIELE shipping terms and conditions.

Orders must be collected within 5 business days; failure to do so will result in customers incurring a standard shipping fee, and our team will arrange shipment to your billing/delivery address. For more details regarding our standard shipping rates, please refer the table below, which outlines shipping fees and transit times.

Same Day Delivery

MAISON ESSENTIELE offers same day delivery to suburbs within a 10km radius from its Paddington Boutique. If your order is available for same day delivery, it will appear at checkout, with a price based on your location. 

All same day orders are delivered by Rendr. You will receive tracking details, via text, to follow the journey of your package. 

Pre orders are not available for same day delivery.  

Same Day Delivery from Paddington Store –  

Order before 11am AEDT and receive by 5pm 

Orders placed after 11am AEDT time will be scheduled for delivery the next business day. 

Starting at $15 

3 Hour Delivery from Paddington Store 

Order before 12pm AEDT and receive within 3 hours 

Orders placed after 12pm AEDT will be scheduled for delivery the next business day. 

Starting at $20 

Same Day Delivery and 3 Hour Delivery is available Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). This applied for our Christmas Period (20/12/24 - 06/01/25).

Prices are subject to your postcode and are calculated at checkout. If delivery is available to your postcode, it will appear at checkout.  

All orders are dispatched from our Paddington Boutique, as such not all items are available for same day delivery. 

Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes, Parcel Lockers or the Post Office. 

Signature is required upon delivery. MAISON ESSENTIELE is not responsible for orders signed for by a third party, such as a receptionist, or for items lost in transit after the shipment has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. MAISON ESSENTIELE is not liable for issues or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. 

If you are unable to accept your order in person it will be returned to MAISON ESSENTIELE. Re-delivery will incur an additional charge. 

DECEMBER OFFER : Same Day Delivery

For the month of December (01.12.24 - 31.12.24) , MAISON ESSENTIELE will be offering free 3 Hour Delivery for orders over $450AUD.   

3 Hour Delivery from Paddington Store –  

Order before 12pm AEDT and receive within 3 hours
