Our first collection is made from 100% silk, a highly renewable resource with less impact on the environment that many other fabrics. The silk worms feed on mulberry leaves, which don’t require the use of pesticides or fertilizers to grow. As one of the strongest fabrics on the market, silk can be kept for seasons to come, supporting slow fashion.
MAISON ESSENTIELE says no to single use plastic where possible, using 100% compostable or biodegradable shipping bags, no plastic in swing tags, labels, or during the production stages.
